Return & Refund Policy
At Houseyy, we carefully inspect and package every order before dispatch. This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made through our website and shipped within the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), including the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman.
Return Period
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unused, uninstalled, and undamaged

In the same condition as received

In its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, protective materials, and tags where applicable

Accompanied by the order number, receipt, or proof of purchase
Items that have been installed, used, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging may not be accepted for return.

Returns must be approved by Houseyy before the item is sent back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
For returns due to change of mind, customer preference, wrong size choice, or any reason not caused by Houseyy, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
For returns caused by a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, Houseyy will review the case and, where approved, will provide a suitable solution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. This may include repair, replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the case and the applicable law.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Houseyy will review the evidence and may request additional information before approving a replacement, repair, return, or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they are defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect:

Installation Responsibility
Some Houseyy products, including wall clocks, lighting, and decorative items, may require careful handling or installation. Customers are responsible for ensuring proper installation.
Houseyy is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, drilling, wall mounting, improper handling, or failure to follow product instructions.
Exchanges
We do not guarantee direct exchanges.
The fastest way to receive a different item is to request a return for the original item. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank, card provider, or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
Shipping fees, cash-on-delivery fees, customs duties, payment processing fees, and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or unless the return is due to an approved Houseyy error.

Legal Rights
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in the country where your order is delivered.
Houseyy reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions stated in this policy.
